Turners Cleaning & Support Services have successfully managed cleaning contracts for over 38 years with dedicated management teams supporting contracts across the United Kingdom.

Our client portfolio consists of a varied market sector, including Offices & I.T, Education , Leisure, Retail Department Stores, Radio Television & Films, Food Preparation Research, Distribution and the Manufacturing Environment.

The Company is nationally accredited to Quality Management ISO 9001:2000, Environmental Management ISO14001:2004 and Health & Safety Management OHSAS 18001:1999. Our management systems are further enhanced by the enthusiastic culture that exists throughout the Company.

A proactive centralised ‘Client Care Helpdesk’ ensures direct and effective communication and regular contract monitoring.

Staff time attendance is monitored using a computerised time recording system, this allows full management control of allocated hours, wage costs, this being the largest contract expense.

As Turners Cleaning and Support Services plans for the future, it sees the Training and Personal Development of all staff as the foundation to be built upon, subsequently, the Company has given a commitment to Investors in People, with full accreditation being anticipated December 2009.

All staff are trained, developed, and evaluated to our British Institute of Cleaning Science membership guidelines, with individual records for each employee being made readily available for clients.
