
It is the aim of the company to provide cleaning services, which are of consistent quality and which meet the expectations and requirements of our customers, in line with the contract agreed between us.
The company has set out Quality Objectives which will be achieved over a period of time and will be reviewed on an annual basis at the Integrated Management System (IMS) review meetings.
The quality system that the company operates meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The system is fully documented within the company IMS manual and controlled documents and is subject to internal and external audit.
The procedures and instructions have been created to be a simple but effective system that all relevant personnel can operate in an effective and pro-active manner. This in turn will benefit both the company and its customers.
All Directors and Managers of the company have responsibilities for any future improvements and for the implementation of those improvements within the Quality system. Quality Objectives and future improvements are discussed and updated at annual review meetings.
We have designated teams to look after certain aspects of the business as it relates to the Quality system and these are identified in our Organisation chart. All personnel receive training in their relevant areas of responsibility.
The success of our Quality System is dependant on team effort, with all personnel working towards achieving the objectives set. The management of the company take a highly active role to continuously improve the system and senior management will ensure that all resources needed to achieve a successful working quality system will be available.
